Delete your TestNoodle account

In the app

• Open TestNoodle and sign in.
• Go to Profile and tap Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

By email

If you can't use the app, email support@testnoodle.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your parent account and sign-in.
• All child profiles, uploaded photos, question styles, tests, answers, scores and AI tutor chats.
• Your plan and AI credit records.

Payment order records may be kept only as long as required for accounting and legal obligations. Server logs are removed automatically after 30 days. Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription; cancel it in Google Play.
