Terms of Service

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and the parent or legal guardian of every child you add.
• Keep your sign-in details safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.
• Give accurate information and keep your email address up to date.

The service

TestNoodle uses AI to turn photos of study material into practice tests, grade answers and offer tutoring. AI output can contain mistakes: please review questions and answers, and treat the service as a study aid, not a replacement for teachers or official exam material.

Your content

• Only upload material you are allowed to use for your family's personal study.
• You keep ownership of what you upload. You allow us to store and process it only to provide the service to you.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful or other people's personal content, or try to misuse, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

Plans, credits and payments

• The free plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits. Paid plans add more credits and features as described in the app.
• Paid plans are bought through Google Play, renew automatically until cancelled, and can be cancelled anytime in Google Play.
• Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. Unused credits do not carry over and have no cash value.
• We may change plans or prices with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

Ending your use

You can stop using TestNoodle and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi have jurisdiction. We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes. Questions: support@testnoodle.com.
